Family went in was greeted by lovely lady who showed us some mattresses, we chose a ultra firm mattress but we found it abit too hard as after a month started getting pains and needed one level softer. Went in the hoppers crossing store and was greeted by a friendly rep, we chose one level down, ordered one level down paid $99 delivery for the new mattress and the delivery guys removed and replaced in no time. Customer service is fantastic. We were in a tough situation- not able to be home during the scheduled delivery time. At very late notice the entire service team including delivery guys went out of their way to ensure all our requests were accommodated. We really felt as though this place cared for their customers. Couldn't thank them enough in all their efforts to ensure we got the mattress on the day.
