got my granddaughter a mattress. great price

I brought a king size mattress 2years ago . But I feel the mattress is not firm now , I went to the store they said they will charge me the delivery fee of $99, I agreed to that but ask them do they tell me what’s went wrong with the mattress after they fix it , so that that problem never happen again , but they said they can’t . I write email to their factory manager he replied the same . This is not apart of a good service they didn’t even care what the customer need as a resolution. I just want to make sure that the. Mattresss once fixed will not end with same problem . Not happy at all with the service
