Having brought our new mattress we had no problem with the order or delivery. For some reason we felt the mattress was loosing some firmness in the middle. Even though it was slight I rang the Hoppers crossing store , they said I would be contacted in 24 hrs and I was. They sent a lady to our home who tested the bed and agreed there was a slight issue. The mattress was picked up and fixed and returned in a week . The service was fantastic and I was extremely happy that it was an issue free result. Happily buy from them if we needed another mattress , great service. Thank you

We went on the Hoppers Crossing store during Boxing Day Sale. The prices were actually the same on a regular day except for the pillows. However, we were served and attended to patiently by the Sales lady. I did my research on their mattresses prior to my visit as there are too many mattresses there. They let us try the pillows too on the bed that we chose. We bought the And Sleep Aura Queen and Bamboo pillows. I have back and shoulder issues and I easily get awakened by movements on the bed. This helped solved the issue and I was able to sleep longer and uninterrupted. The price for the same features on other brands/retail stores are much expensive (twice as much). There is free delivery which was fast and we had requested for the pillows to get delivered too. The Cotton mattress protector is also great as the sides are stretachable allowing many sizes of Queen beds fit. Overall experience is great.
