Iain was extremely helpful in dealing with a mouse sighting in my flat. On his first visit, he placed traps in the flat, one of which caught the mouse. He also filled up holes around the flat through which mice could get in. He came in for two more visits to check on traps.
Iain was extremely helpful and thorough, and answered all my questions. Communication was great with regular updatrs on ETA and changing day of visits when needed.
