Kevin was extremely thorough, set traps and bait, and the rats were gone within the first couple of days. Iain checked the traps and surveyed the exterior for access points. After the first week I had no more signs of rats.

They helped us with a silverfish issue. I received a call back within an hour of submitting my enquiry, which was incredibly fast, as I sent it fairly late in the evening. Gemma was great! She contacted me promptly both times to confirm the most suitable time for her visit, was always on time, and was very thorough. The girl who saved Christmas!
Loose kitchen kickboards and an extreme cold snap brought an unwanted guest into our home the week before Xmas but Chloe, from Pest Solutions, came to the rescue! Unfazed by my tears and extreme anxiety about the mouse/mice, after kindly reassuring me she set about quickly and efficiently assessing the problem, setting traps and bait plus helping me identify and fix all other possible rodent entry routes. 2 visits before Xmas reassured me the mouse was gone. A 3rd and final follow up visit after new year confirmed we were indeed rodent free. Thank you Chloe you really did save Christmas with your kindness and efficient service. 5 stars and a big thank you
