We were delighted with the service from Kevin at Pest Solutions. Kevin contacted us prior to the start of treatment and was really flexible at working around the times that suited us. He was knowledgeable friendly and didn’t make us feel silly when we thought the squirrels were coming after us. Nothing was ever a problem. After discovering that my father had a squirrel in his loft this company was absolutely amazing from start to finish, staff in the office were extremely helpful when I first called and then Rebekah who came to the house was just amazing. She persevered until she knew she had definately caught all of them, she got 3 in total. We also heard some noises in the walls and she gave us advise on that but turns out it was a squirrel which was caught. She then made sure the hole in the roof was filled and that there was no damage in the attic. Definately a 5 star service.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. They were recommended to me by 2 friends and Kevin specifically was recommended by a neighbour (at the time I didn’t realise he was from the same company). He sorted our pest problem and told me preventative measures so we shouldn’t have problems in the future. I had another company out 2 years ago and my experience this time isn’t even comparable: Kevin was much more thorough. The previous company didn’t do half the job he did and didn’t tell me any ways to prevent the issue happening again. I could have saved myself a lot of time and money had I went with Pest Solutions in the first place! If you’re looking to get rid of pests, don’t bother looking anywhere else. I had excellent service from this company. When Gemma came to my home she immediately put me at ease. I was in a bit of a state due to having discovered a mouse in my kitchen. She was very professional and friendly. She explained what she was doing as she went along. She recommended putting down beading in my rooms and to fill in any gaps with steel wool. She also filled up holes for me. On the third visit poison had been taken. She kindly did a fourth visit where all was clear. I have been given reports which I can now send to my factor. I would certainly recommend this company and Gemma in particular. She is definitely an asset to the company.

We used this company to help us deal with some rodent issues we had been experiencing for some time during summer. Gemma worked with us from day one, and managed to come up with solutions which over time, helped resolve our problem, and we have yet to spot any rodents since her last visit. David was very professional and provided good quality explanation and his opinion regarding the situation and the procedure which they will carry out. The first visit was carried out as soon as possible which shows their professionalism and care towards clients. Throughout the visits, Natasha was super friendly and professional, she examined the flat in detail, highlighting any areas which may have led the roaches to appear, all the procedures were carried out carefully and tailored toward client needs, the pest situation was solved right away.
