My 86 year old father had a wasp infestation this week. I am in London , he is in Musselburgh, so logistically difficult. Despite him calling me panicking in the evening, I called Pest Solutions and was able to speak to Danielle who was very helpful. Iain called the next day to discuss the problem with me and gave me a slot for yesterday. He found a huge wasp nest in the loft which he dealt with professionally and timely and spent some time reassuring my dad with a follow up call arranged for next week. I found both Danielle and Iain to be very professional but also compassionate and cannot rate the service given highly enough.

A few weeks ago we were woken at night by something running in the loft above our bedroom and after calling in Pest Solutions, it was clear to them and us that we had a single male rate running around at nights. After several visits from Rebekah and one visit from Iain the intruder was caught and captured and we are now free of the vermin. I would like to thank both Rebekah and Iain for their professional manner and also to thank Pest Solutions for their quick response to a problem that could have got worse.

I contacted the company around 4 p.m. on a Tuesday evening. The agent listened to my predicament and booked a visit for early Wednesday morning. The technician, Kevin, then texted me to confirm the time he would be visiting. He arrived on time on the Wednesday morning, listened to my concerns and talked me through how he would proceed in the matter. He applied the treatment and has since called back here twice to check on the situation on successive Wednesdays. He was extremely polite and professional, as well as knowledgeable and proactive.

The young girl who attended was very knowledgeable as were the rest of the team. All were very friendly and professional. We have had an ongoing problem with rats for some time, now that the point of entry has been found and blocked off hopefully the problem will have been resolved.

Very helpful and knowledgeable technicians; saw 2 technicians Graeme and Natasha) and both were thorough, offered advice, expert opinion and generally very good to deal with - and appear to have eradicated the rodents. But not at all impressed with the office admin and management "service".

Kevin was excellent and very professional. He explained what he planned to do and sent text messages 15-30 minutes in advance to say that he was on his way. Reports were received by email following each visit. I would use pest solutions again but I felt that, overall, the price charged was expensive, so I would definitely shop around to ensure that the price was competitive before asking them to help in the future.

Happy to take my money but when I called to say the wasp activity was still present on Fri Sept 27th, they said they would call to a set up a third visit and I never heard from them again. Still nothing 8 business days later.

Spoke with this company twice about wasps.
First time they told me to go to a beekeeper. Spoke to a beekeeper and they confirmed i have wasps. Beekeeper was surprised i was told to contact them, they do not handle wasps.
Second time they didnt really seem like they wanted the job. Sounded like they used the £70 vat to try and put me off. After giving me the run around.
Wasn't the best experience and i wont be using their services, id rather pay more for someone whos happy to do the job!
The price of the job did not put me off. It was the staffs unwillingness to do the job and the tone when saying the price, as if it would be an issue for me. Its not. Not good service.

I booked a meeting with someone from this company in Edinburgh to review my Crow situation. After booking a meeting at 12:30pm last Friday, I waited for their arrival. After an hour, I contacted the business to ask where they were, they said they would get back to me regarding this, two hours passed and I didn't hear a thing so I phoned again, they said they would get back to me. It got to around 4pm and I had not heard a thing, so I phoned and they said they would reach out to the person regarding the visit. Absolute waste of time!
