So good on my stomach been keeping some weight off a little, also the sleep I get is amazing I have been not sleeping very well but taking this and I stay asleep instead of waking up multiple times in-between, I feel good in the mornings that's y it's my constant repeat purchase every month, also no side affects whatsoever, I love these capsules.

I've lost just over 1.5kg in 2 weeks taking these and the Hydra Slim! After the first night, I got a full nights undisturbed sleep - which has not happened in years! I feel fresher and well rested when I wake up in the morning and can fall asleep much easier. I take this about an hour before I go to bed and I can feel my eyes getting tired to dose off within half an hour. It's a must have for me now!

Oh wow these capsules are amazing . I have been taking these for the part four weeks and wow I can see the difference already. I have lost inches and sleep so much better . I have also noticed that I’m so much less bloated . I will definitely be buying more of these .
