The entire crew (Isabelle, Rick, and the installers) were amazing. Isabelle is so helpful. I encountered some difficulties along the way, she was always there to guide me. Rick is an expert; he explained the entire process including procedures for getting the permit. Of the three estimations, he offered the best price and product. And the installers delivered just quality. The fence is beautiful. I love it. Just hope Hurricane Irma will spare it.

We had approximately 76 linear feet of the PVC fence installed. Expected the permit process to be a lot longer, but they secured the permit and installed the fence within a month of signing the contract. Very happy with the end product and would definitely recommend them to everyone that I know.

Our Sales Representative Joe was great. The fence turned out better than we had anticipated and the price was extremely fair. We expected a few glitches, as with any construction, and the small issues were addressed and rectified. They started on time, and completed it on time and cleaned up nicely. I thought I would have a bigger mess and lose some plants but over all we are so very happy with our new fence.

1. Xtreme Fencing was $4k less than Lowes. 2. Easy to read and understand contract (no binding arbitration clause!) 3. While not perfect, mistakes were brought to my attention by the workers and promptly repaired. 4. The foreman, Ever, was very patient with all my questions. 5. Isobel, in the office, was a gem. Friendly, yet professional. Any communication problems were resolved. 6. The job ran slightly over the estimated time, but this was due to weather and an unforeseen problem with rocks. Otherwise, they would have finished exactly on time. On the minus side: 1. Ever's English was marginal at best. The others spoke even less English so communication was sometimes difficult. 2. No notice was given when they left each day and no time for when they would return the following day.
