Zenyum is cheap compared to all the other safer options in Singapore , and so much prettier! My family actually told me that they couldn't tell whether or not I was wearing my aligners and that my teeth looked better with the aligners on. The first wear is uncomfortable, but I got used to it by day 2 after sleep.
The results were also better than I expected especially because I was also given 7 additional free aligners to perfect my teeth after I completed the initial set of 20.
Customer service was also amazing. Kristofer was quick to answer all my questions throughout the entire process (9 months) even when it was super late at night. Thank you so much...

I did Zenyum with Dr Kim at Garden Dental located at Botanic Gardens MRT. Doctors and nurses are all very friendly and helpful. They dont hard sell their services and explain every details and steps before they proceed. And the person that has been helping me along the way, Jocelyn (from Zenyum), thank you so much! I'm on Zenyum Plus and currently on set 4 of 30 so I'm unable to speak about the end results. However, the experience with Zenyum has been positive so far. The aligners are not painful but it took me about 2 weeks to get used to them in terms of speech, discomfort and learning how to remove them. Nowadays I sometimes forget I'm wearing them. I have had to adjust my eating patterns and I brush/floss 3 or 4 times a day but you get used to it.
If you go to Dr. Lou in Malaysia, I would suggest getting an appointment on a weekday so she isn't so rushed.
Jocelyn, the customer representative has been very helpful and always available throughout the day to answer questions

I chose Zenyum because of it’s competitive price and convenience. I have only been to the dentist thrice in my entire treatment journey which can be easily monitored with the Zenyum app instead. Customer service has been responsive as well to attend to any concerns and questions. Overall, it has been a good experience with noticeable results and would recommend to those who are bothered by misaligned teeth!
