Customer service from Shafeeq, staff from Zenyum, was really great. He was really friendly, patient and very prompt in answering my queries either through a call or text. He addressed my concerns and provided all details that I need or asked for. Shafeeq and my appointed dentist settled my requests to improve the alignment of my teeth according to the treatment plan quickly. I am really pleased with the customer service provided by him and I am looking forward to receiving my aligners in a month's time!

My Zenyum experience was extremely pleasant! Zenyum's customer service is excellent. They were all very helpful and informative in providing me information like the process of getting the retainers, the cost breakdown, etc. In addition, I appreciated the fact that they would regularly check up on your treatment progress, just to make sure that everything was going well.
