i started my Zenyum treatment almost a year back and am happy with the overall result of my teeth for the price that i paid. zeunyum will first determine if you are a suitable candidate before proceeding. so please take extra note on what can be done and cannot be done so as to manage the expectation. the whole overall experience was pleasant and the support given by the the support team is excellent.

So glad that I tried Zenyum! It was convenient because I didn’t have to make too many trips down to the Dentist. The aligners are invisible - the people around me could not tell I was wearing aligners at all! There was only a little discomfort for a few days (1-2days) at the start of some sets.
Shafeeq was very nice and helpful in getting me started with zenyum &Shas followed up with me my entire zenyum journey! They both were responsive via whatsapp and gave prompt replies.
After my treatment ended , Zenyum even gave me extra ‘correction aligners’ for free to help me close up the gaps in my teeth :D
My teeth are definitely straighter now (though not as perfect as I wanted - but I do accept that shaving my teeth more to perfect it isn’t ideal as it could possibly result in more sensitive teeth in future as what the Dentist advised).
Overall very good experience. Would recommend this to those who want to straighten their teeth without much discomfort/pain and want the really invisible aligners.

1. The app to constantly remind me to change my braces and upload my progress. This saved me a lot of physical trips down.
2. Customer service representative were responsive, understanding and friendly. They dun shun away from your problems or give u shady replies but would follow up and get your feedback about it.
3. My professional dentist gave me very good advices and done a great job. She would update me of my progress and check my teeth to ensure that all are well for me. I did have bite issue that caused me slight discomfort when chewing on things, feedback to her during one of my physical trips and she made the rectification on the spot. Indeed, after her adjustments my bite issue improved and is not an issue for me anymore. Overall my whole experience was fuss free and convenient! Every touch point with Zenyum has been awesome, thank you!
