Service is top notch. They really understand how to streamline the service. Pricing is reasonable for the service provided. Despite standardising a large part of the process to make it smooth, zenyum staff know when to customise their solutions for you. I had a great experience with Nichole, who answered all my questions with very clear explanations. She preempted most of my questions actually, saved a lot of my time. Her consistent check-ins made me feel more comfortable trying out the service.

If you are reading reviews because you're unsure if you can trust this - yes, Zenyum works! Straightened my teeth in less than a year at an affordable price. There is an app which tracks progress, where you can also reach out to customer service easily whenever you have questions.
