From initial contact through to ongoing customer care, the Zenyum team have been extremely professional and prompt in their responses and contact with me. Particular mention and thanks to Hijanah who was my first point of contact and Shas who is my point of contact during my treatment.
The instructions are easy to follow and aligners are comfortable to wear. There is an app that allows you to chat with dentist if you have any queries as well as uploading photos of your teeth each time you switch aligners.
The only suggestion I could make is regarding the app- instead of only having reminder to change aligner the day before, there could instead/additionally be a reminder on the actual day to change.
Zenyum has a great and cost effective product as well as a fantastic team.

I'm in the midst of going through my Zenyum journey and I must say that their service is great! Their replies are prompt and helpful. Zenyum aligners are also a lot more affordable as compared to Invisilign and I also appreciate receiving the full set at one go - it saves the hassle of going down to the dentist regularly and that's definitely a plus point! I hope to see satisfying results once I've completed wearing all my sets. :)
