Using Zenyum was easy - customer service and experience was great. I was a lil bit disappointed to find out that when i switch to wearing retainers, it would be for 20 hours per day which is almost similar to wearing the invisible aligners for 3 months. The plus point of wearing the aligners is that i snack less so it helped with me not adding any weight.
Overall, i would still recommend it - it is worth the price and you get used to wearing the aligners.

Overall a good experience. Very happy with the outcome and the customer service. The only gripe is if the retainers could have been included in the total package instead of being an add-on otherwise it would have been a 5-star review.

I started my zenyum experience 6 months ago and I must admit I am satisfied with the experience. My total expenditure is $3K and my teeth are well aligned. Initially, I faced difficulties due to the discomfort but soon I got used to it. Kudos to Alson and Fizah who answered my questions and helped me. One improvement is the taking of photos using the app, it is still not that user friendly

I am about to finish my Zenyum aligners. The aligners helped to achieve my objective, with an affordable price. There is a limitation to what the aligners can fix though. The customer service is helpful too. Overall it is a pleasant experience.

Done with my aligners journey with Zenyum. They are transparent with the pricing. The aligners are also very comfortable and nicely fitted. Dr Kenji from the clinic has been very professional and friendly and Fizah who has been following up with my progress is really patient and helpful. Overall good experience. The app that is being used might too basic, will be great if there are more features such as FAQs and advice etc.
