I've yet to get started on my treatment, but my interactions with Zenyum the pre-treatment phase have already been fantastic. You know a company prides themselves in customer satisfaction when they have a "Customer Success" team. Zenyum could be a textbook case study of what customer-centric practice is, from the little details to bigger gestures like proactive service recovery. But more than the service experience, the quality of service has been excellent as well. Nothing feels too rushed, and the team has been meticulous in their planning. Can't comment yet on the treatment results, but for what it has been up till now, I've been pleased with Zenyum!
