DDonna CravenOriginally had a terrific review…. This is our second purchase with them and at first it was good. Got our second car from them in October with Hollywood again, car was great at first… now three months into it was have to have my transmission fixed and now the ignition keeps locking in place on me and I have to fight it for 15 minutes to even budge. Go to use the warranty and I get the run around from BOTH repair shops they use. Also on our equinox that my boyfriend signed on a year ago, we already have to replace the ENTIRE engine and the car lot and repair shop has given us the runaround with doing that and are making us pay out of pocket to have it replaced! Not to mention I was supposed to have a $200 gas card with my purchase which they refused and I had to fight them for almost a month about. When threatened to file complaints with the state they started having me bring the car in to fill up every time and stopped before I hit the $200! As of today we are contacting our lawyer and starting a process against Rightway and having them held responsible for paying for ALL repairs on both vehicles as well as paying the deductible on the insurance for the claims! I DONT recommend Rightway at all! Hollywood is a smooth talker and will take advantage of you11 months ago
