I went to a dealer down the street on Euclid and even though we were close to sealing the deal, unfortunately it didn't happen because of not having enough credit (I'm a if I don't have the cash to get it right now, I don't bother guy). Was recommended Right Way by co-workers and came to see them. Not only did they get me a car close to what I was about to get at the other dealership, but I drove it home that same day! I needed the car bad as my previous one was on its last legs. I got another car and they made it happen fast. Thanks Daniel! Now I don't have to stress about whether I'll make it to work or not.

Jim Mcrum contacted my mom because he knew she wanted a different vehicle and so 2 days later she got a 2009 Chevy Transverse. So far we are loving the new vehicle. Jim is very professional & honest man. We would definitely go back to Right Way and have him McCrum as a dealer.

Everyone employee that walked by my wife in the dealership from start to finish was very professional. They addressed my wife and I by name which makes you feel like you are home. They congratulated us on our new purchase. Our salesmen was so professional. He made you feel like you were his family. I highly recommend Jim Mccrum and the rest of the staff at Bay City Rightway. The manager Troy just made everyone there feel comfortable. This will definitely not be our last vehicle from Rightway automotive and the rest of the Garber dealerships. Dick Garber is one of the nicest business men I have ever met. You guys are all top notch.
