Danny Yadidsion and the team at Labor Law were everything I could hope for from an employment legal team and highly recommend them. After coming back from FMLA leave for my family member’s brain cancer, my big tech firm wanted to terminate me. Hearing this news was so shocking, not only because I was a high performer but the company always stressed we were family. In my most vulnerable point, Danny and the Labor Law folks came to the rescue guiding me through the whole process. Because of Danny’s advice I felt confident going into every meeting with HR, knew my options, and in the end more than tripled the original severance agreement. More than this, I was able to rest easy that the agreement they put forward was fair and wouldn’t restrict me.
