Over the past 35 years, my husband and I have sold seven homes with the help of realtors. Since becoming a Dave Ramsey listener, I knew when it came time to sell our current home, we would hire an ELP. Going into the interview process, I felt more trusting of the three potential candidates knowing they had all been thoroughly screened and met the qualifications of being an Endorsed Local Provider for Ramsey Solutions. However, I must say two of the three realtors gave the usual sales pitch and told us what WE wanted to hear. Alexis did not.
