The store is clean and well run. The staff were very helpful and kept us updated at all times. They went into detail on the state of the apple iPhone and the fix they could do for us. Very professional and efficient. We will definitely use this location again for any future device issues. A pleasure doing business with them.

Really great service! Pretty well priced. My back glass on my IPhone 12 needed to be fixed. Went in to their store on a Monday and ordered the part. the part arrived to the store on a Wednesday and I went to get it fixed on that Friday. They did a really wonderful job. I also got a lifetime screen protector deal, where they will replace it for free. However the only cretic that I have is that they do install the screen protector for you, which is wonderful, but they do it without the case on and the case that I have is an otter box, and the screen protector is actually ever so slightly big, so the screen has air bubbles and will need to go for a change out soon.

Gophermods was a godsend when my iPhone stopped working properly. I called and I got right in, they sold me a 2022 SE iPhone and transferred all my info into it in an hour! Tony was so great! No more Genius Bar appointments for me, Gophermod at the Quarry shopping center is where I’m sending all my friends from now on, Apple or Android users alike.

I broke a ribbon cable on my iPhone screen when I was replacing a battery. I called Gophermods and they said that they could replace the screen in 2 hours. I dropped it off and got it back as promised. I was impressed with the fast turnaround and customer service

Fantastic experience. I went in expecting to have to spend 70 dollars to fix my charging port on my old but beloved iPhone SE, gave it to Tony, he said that there was a bit of a broken charger stuck in the port. He takes it to the back, comes back two minutes later and it's totally fixed. Fantastic, as I expected to spend a while there waiting for the repair. I asked how much it cost and he said it was free!!! Made my day, unexpected and bright experience :)
