I went to Gophermods because my iPhone XR charging port had grown increasingly unreliable and was getting to where I wasn't sure each time that I could get it to take and start charging. I walked in and said I need a repair, replacement, or cleaning. Owen took a look and determined that I could get by with a cleaning. He went ahead and started cleaning it. A couple of minutes later he came back, plugged it in and verified it now worked, and then handed it back to me. I asked how much and he said that cleaning was no charge. They easily could have told me it needed a replacement and charged a few hundred dollars. Thanks Gophermods and Owen for treating me more than fairly and for simply and quickly solving my problem!

Said, employee who helped me, has great customer service. He was knowledgeable and very kind. I observed him as I waited in line work with 2 other customers in front of me. Very happy with the service at Gophermods. They are friendly but more important they have take care of two iPhone 11 issues and enabled me to get back up and running quickly without having to buy a replacement phone.
