I've used Gophermods three times for various cell phone/tablet repairs. Everytime they have been simply awesome. Today I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro thinking it needed a $145 repair to replace the charging port. Dylan was working, took a look at and brought it in back. Less than 2 minutes later he was handing my now working cell phone back to me. The charging port had a build up of dirt and dust and he cleaned it out. Working perfectly now. Best of all he did not charge me anything. I will continue to use and strongly recommend Gophermods for repairs.

I had an issue with my iPhone mini 13. I stopped in and they diagnosed and had it fixed in about 4 minutes flat. Didn’t want anything but a good review for their time , knowledge and effort. Today was my second experience here. The first time was a great experience even though I was informed I might need a new phone. The diagnosis was only $19 and was done in very short time before they closed. I came in today with my new phone and for the second time Dylan blew me out of the water with the customer service and installed a screen protector and some protective casing for my iPhone. These guys are awesome and for sure my go to business for all my phone accessories or problems. The staff definitely deserves a raise as I have been watching their interactions and it’s 6/5 stars.
