I always go to AutoSlash when looking for car rental deals. They have saved me hundreds of dollars on several trips. I find their followup rental tracking feature to be especially useful. I currently have an SUV reservation with a major supplier for my next trip that is priced well below anything I can find on company websites.

I found this site after trying another site and feeling like I could get a better deal, did a Google search for "how to save on car rentals" and this site was mentioned, so glad I found it, I got a grade up from what I was looking (because I wanted to save $$) and I still saved over $50 from the original site I was looking at and it was the same Rental Agent, Avis, so no dumbed down, no name rental company, not to say I wouldn't use to one to save a $ or two, but just to say Avis is a well known car rental agent. I will be a repeat customer.
