I have used them a couple of times. My best score was a 4 day rental in Canada for $50 bucks that also ended up getting an upgrade from economy to whatever a 300 is. I also used them when I needed to rent a car last minute to get a rental on super short notice for a family emergency and I still saved money.
Plug your reservation info into their system and let them monitor the rates. If something better comes along, they will notify you. They can definitely help you save money.
