Never a problem and if I have one, they are always responsive.
So sorry I only used them the last year and not the last ten.

AutoSlash and Jonathan in particular did an excellent job finding me a rental car from Miami Airport while I was kind of out of options in England. Saved me hundreds from what the rental companies wanted. Actually got me 4 options to look at....just a great, great job.
