I had a problem with autoslash communication with google maps, resulting in an incorrect pickup location. Customer service rep Brian figured out what the problem was, and found a new booking for me that complied with my desired pickup location. Not only did he find a new possibility for me, he went the extra mile and booked it for me. This was very good service and I will recommend AutoSlash to anyone.
