I have been a long time AutoSlash user and have always been very satisified with their service. The last time I rented a car I ran into an issue with the price being honored because the rate I was quoted (a Priceline rate) included a discount that I was not entitled to. I ended up having to pay full price for the rental rather than the rate I secured online. I contacted AutoSlash to alert them of the issue so that other customers would not encounter this and for an explanation. AutoSlash went above and beyond my expectations. Within hours I received a response and they were going to send me a check for the amount of the difference between my quoted rate and what I ended up having to pay. The payment came promptly as promised. This is a top notch company that stands behind their word.
