I love autoslash. Been using them for years to save me money on car rentals as they have better rates than booking direct even with my status. Somewhat recently they've sometimes offered special prepaid rates through autoslash directly for certain companies like Hertz and Avis etc. I've booked this a couple times and have had no problems. This most recent experience I was renting a car with Avis Atlanta airport and they charged me extra fees after returning the car saying even though I prepaid it wasn't enough to cover all of their extra fees or some BS that should've been covered by my prepaid rate (facility usage etc). I emailed Autoslash support and not only did they refund me the amount I was overcharged, but also had super quick customer service getting back to me within 12 hours saying they're looking into it, and another 12-24 hours saying they're processing a refund to my prepaid amount. 5/5 or 10/10 customer service.
