September of 2020 was the worst time of my husband and my life, he lost his son and I lost my stepson who I knew since he was 2. I spoke to Jonathan and he helped me immediately and with the utmost care and concern. I told him we may have to return the car in Raleigh as we rented it from autoslash in another part of NC. Jonathan told us not to worry and to just call closer to time of departure. We got a great deal , a dependable car and wonderful customer service. When we had to return the rental car to another location we were walked thru this as well and had absolutely no issues.
