Service Review: My truck broke down just east of Cranbrook on Monday of the May long weekend. Safe to say we were stuck and had to get it towed to Ford when everything was closed then guilt a friend to drive over the pass to pick us up and drive us home to Rossland. The service department was amazing, fast and efficient. They kept us updated on timelines and had my truck fixed and ready to pick up 4 days after having it towed there on a short week, which included diagnosing, ordering parts, and fitting in the work around an already busy week for them. Thrilled with the efficiency, work, and care the service department took to keep us informed knowing that we had some finagling to do to organize driving over the pass to pick it up. Would recommend breaking down outside of Cranbrook on a long weekend and having your vehicle towed to Denham Ford. Additional thanks to Yahk Towing, for driving all the way to Sparwood to swap tow trucks for one big enough to tow my truck, and the Hideout restaurant for letting my wife and I store our cooler, golf clubs, and two backpacks in their hallway while we had a 4-hour lunch while we waited for our ride to come get us from Rossland. Love Cranbrook hospitality.
