Good service, good support, the service department went the extra mile with communicating before, during and after doing warranty work on my vehicle.

We were greeted by the service staff promptly by the service manager. They diagnosed the problem and corrected it very quickly. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Denham, owner of the Denham group, we had an exceptionally pleasant experience. Our service on our Aviator continues to be excellent in Service and explanation of the Recall's that are suggested.

Tisha is a very helpful staff person here I really appreciate her expertise and her kindness. The mechanics do a great job of taking care of my older 2011 Ford Fiesta sedan. I would recommend them.

And the truly excellent service continues....needed a couple updates to be installed into my F150 Lightning and the work was done perfectly and very efficiently. They figured it would about 2 hours, they provided a loaner vehicle, and presto all was done on time. They really seem to have mastered service quality and time management which makes it very convenient for their customers. A happy customer here! Best service ever! After a couple days I realized it wasn't the vehicle for me. Denham and Kelsey literally went the extra mile to make it right for me including delivering the new truck to Alberta. Best service experience I have ever had. Won't buy a new or used vehicle anywhere else. Denham Cranbrook is a hidden gem for Albertans.
