On vacation from Alberta and I was stuck in a car wash as my Mustang would not start; phoned Denham Ford in Cranbrook and spoke with Mike the service manager he diagnosed it as likely a battery issue. He came down on his lunch break got me going again and then personally installed a new battery for me. Wow talk about above and beyond service! They did a very good job on getting the mechanical issues fixed to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive however did not fix all the issues and I was charged for labour on the item they did not fix.

the team at denham ford and the chairman on pick up made a horrible acary scenario the best experience. i worked for ford for 11 years and these folks believe in the brand. sorry to the receptionist as i am sure my endless calls were annoying and sorry to be so high maintenance. i would recommend all people in the valley and bc wide to come to you
