Propestmen are informative, reasonably priced and totally understand and explain the science of the scope of the problem in your house. (By contrast I had experiences with other big name companies that gave me inflated pricing and a 'smoke cloud' of unhelpful information. ) In contrast, Propestmen specialise in a smaller realm and excel at what htey do - I would reccommend them unhesitatingly

Our experience with propestmen was absolutely wonderful!! The serviceman that came the day of our appointment was Mr. Corey and his knowledge as well as his professionalism was super!! We felt relieved and very secure with every thing at the end of the appointment. Mr Corey was prompt as scheduled thank you and I am glad were a customer.

We had wonderful service. They returned our call promptly. Very courteous. Patiently took the time to explain things in detail. Considerate and wore shoe covers in the house. I was impressed, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Gave me peace of mind so far - no more mice!

Cory arrived and promptly and calmly removed the bat that had gotten into my house overnight. Afterwards, he did a thorough inspection and located the entry point into the house proper. We got that blocked off and then he calmly and rationally inspected the entire house and pointed out where bats were possibly getting into the walls. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable estimate with no hype nor pressure. I will write another review once I have the work completed.

We could not be more pleased with their service. Well-established bat colony was safely excluded from our 1913 farmhouse without entrapment or poisons. Clear explanation of all steps needed was given and careful execution of necessary work was done in a very timely manner. Educated effective approach and humane techniques were exactly what we wanted.

Very professional. A bat decided to visit our bedroom so we called them thinking that we had a bat problem. We did not actually have a bat problem but a mouse problem which they addressed. They were very reliable and honest. We have since moved from London, Ohio back to Grandview Heights and called them again when we found a small fury critter in the house.
