Paige is the best at tattoo removal

I have been coming to spa 35 for ten years, won’t go anywhere else in the Boise area. Jenny is amazing! Always gives me honest suggestions and I have been nothing but beyond plesed with the results! Very infrequently do you find any business that is exactly what they say they are, and then beat the already high expectations of a 5-Star business, but Spa 35 does exactly that. I was new to the valley a year ago. I read reviews about Spa 35 and tried it out after moving here. It has not disappointed! I’ve done PRP micro needling, Botox and Dysport. I’m really impressed with their team and have had great experiences every time. They’ve helped me a lot and I would highly recommend them!!

I am not a Spa 35 client - yet - but after going to their 12-year Anniversary Open House, I was so impressed that I will be a client very soon! I'm looking forward to scheduling a consultation and if the service is anything like what I experienced at the open house, I know I'll be amazed!

I recently returned to Idaho after a decade away, and as a former Spa 35 client who was always super happy with my results, I'd never consider anywhere else in Boise, but my most recent experience gets 5 stars. I knew I'd have my dog with me the day of my appointment, but it was the end of April and I'd only be in Spa 35 for 30 minutes tops, so I figured I'd park in the shade and leave the windows halfway down for him so there'd be a cross-breeze. That was good in theory, but in play, it was 90 degrees that day, I have a black car, and there were no shade trees in the parking lot. The front of the building was in the full sun, so I couldn't have him wait there for me either. After thinking for a few minutes and coming up with zero viable options, I ran in, explained the situation to the very nice girl at the front desk, and asked her if she had any ideas. She told me to just bring him in, buuut he's a 73 lb Golden Retriever/German Shepherd mix who sheds nonstop...not a med spa lobby kind of pooch. She laughed, agreed, and went to to ask the rest of the staff if they had any suggestions, and I ran out to my car since I'd been gone almost 5 minutes. It was already an oven, so I got my dog out, got him some water, and walked back toward Spa 35 with him. The receptionist motioned me to come in the first set of doors, and here's where the stars come in: Warren, the OWNER, had volunteered to walk my dog around in a grassy shaded area with trees next to the building while I got my Botox. So while Val worked her injection magic (also worth 5 stars), Warren babysat my dog for 20 minutes, which was extra nice since he was wearing dark pants (my dog is yellow). We chatted when I was done, and I thanked him profusely, but the sincerest form of gratitude I know is a good review, so grazie, Spa 35. :) Just to be clear, I'm not suggesting you go to Spa 35 so Warren will take care of your dog, I'm saying go there for exceptional aesthetic services from a fantastic staff that will take outstanding care of YOU.

Be a true man, don’t be afraid to get Botox!

I've been to top med spas all over the world...Ireland, Brazil, Louisiana, San Diego, London...just to name a few... and I can honestly say that my experience at Spa 35 was the best I've ever had. The staff is friendly and fun, but most importantly, they are extremely knowledgeable. Ariel is amazing and took time to explain every detail in order to help me understand the procedure and help me feel comfortable. I live several hours from Boise, but the drive was worth it. I'm definitely making this "my" spa!

I can honestly say that Spa 35 has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced--and I mean ANYWHERE, not just med-spa customer service. My questions are always answered patiently and quickly, the staff has always been able to work with my schedule and get me in quickly, the techs and the receptionists are friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and extremely comfortable, and the staff just generally went above and beyond to make sure my treatments were successful. I never felt like anyone was trying to "upsell" me on anything or push treatments I didn't need. Just helpful information and terrific resources. If you want to feel pampered and well-taken care of, Spa 35 is incredible. I don't usually leave rave reviews, but I'm making an exception here. A recommendation, and amazing experience here.

I love, love, love Shannon and Spa 35 for laser hair removal. First, Shannon is so personable and relaxing, that she instantly puts you at ease. She explains everything to you, makes sure you are comfortable and moves quickly with the laser. I had fantastic results! 100% hair removal! Upon entering Spa 35, I was pleased to find a clean, airy inviting facility that offered a wide variety of services. While the menu of services pleasantly surprised me, the True Value of Spa 35 became apparent as I worked with various members of the staff. Their professionalism, knowledge and adeptness with the procedures was comforting. Topmost was their concern and care regarding my safety and needs. They made me feel I was a part of the Spa 35 Family. Boise is most fortunate to have this depth of services and care in its downtown area.

I just finished my 3rd IPL treatment with Sharon and it has been LIFE CHANGING. She is awesome! Not pnly is the treatment affective but the staff are so fun and sweet. But the difference in my rosacea is astronomical! I honestly have been struggling with this since I was 10 years old and felt super insecure to be seen or go anywhere without makeup and now I know that it's very close to fixed I'm super excited! Thank you guys so much! I couldn't think of a better way to spend my money!
