I have been dealing with companies in the corporate gifting sector for many years but I am blown away at the service I have received from The Promo Group.
I had a disaster when dealing with another company that could not deliver on time or deal with my artwork and therefore contacted the TPG.
I was assisted by Kay Ntuli promptly and efficiently. She searched their vast database for the exact product I required and updated quotes to suit my budget, after a few phone calls and back & forth emails, she found what I was looking for and immediately got my artwork to the art department.
The art department immediately sorted out my artwork and items were sent for printing to ensure my products would be delivered to me on time for my exhibition.
