This was truly the best service and buying experience I have had in many many years of being in business. From my first email (which was replied to within minutes) to delivery of my 136 Golf shirts, with 2 x embroidery, took about a week and a half. The service I got from Bianca who dealt with my order from the beginning, and also Audrey who did the embroidery design was ABSOLUTELY top drawer. Every email was answered within minutes and every question I had was made clear. A memorable experience that must be congratulated. Thank you and well done to THE PROMO GROUP !! .......I will spread the word for sure !!
