I am very impressed with the service I received from start to finish with The Promo Group. I was assisted by Kylen Parker. I was looking to order some professional staff uniform for myself and my co-workers when I came across The Promo Group. There is such a variety of clothing that it was difficult to decide. All of the items of clothing are so beautiful, professional looking and looked like they were super comfortable. Kylen was very patient in answering all of my questions and assisted me to make the right choice in sizing. I ended up ordering 4 blouses, 2 golf shirts with company branding and 1 jersey per staff member. Most of the items arrived within two business days of ordering, they fit us like a glove and are super comfortable. The company branding on the golf shirts were what I was most excited about and it came out looking fantastic. Some of the items needed special attention because we needed them in a smaller size. Kylen managed my customer expectation perfectly letting me know that this may need to take longer due to my special request. Kylen kept communicating with me on how my special request items are progressing and updated me accordingly on the ETA of the order. Even these special items arrived within seven business days. WOW, now that is good service! The staff are very happy with the new uniform as well and we have been receiving lots compliments on our new look. I will defiantly order from The Promo Group again and I can recommend them to anybody who wants to give them a try. I would like to give a big fat thank you to The Promo Group, Kylen Parker, Ntombikayise Hlela (who assisted with the mock up for the company branding) and all of the other team members that worked behind the scenes to get this order out to us.
