I worked with Avalon from The Promo Group, and her services were outstanding. I asked quotes from two companies, The Promo Group and another company. I've already received the goods from The Promo Group and I'm still waiting for the quote to come through from the other company. I also asked a lot of questions before making a decision and finalizing my order. Since it was quite a big order, I didn't want to make a mistake. She was very friendly, had a lot of patience with me and sent me two or three mails with more samples so I could be sure to order exactly what I wanted. She also followed up with me and once I sent the POP, I didn't even wait a full 30 minutes to hear back from her that the goods have been dispatched. I am very satisfied and would gladly recommend them.
