I dealt with Mollen, she was very helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions and was patient when I changed my quotation a few times. I was kept informed on my order throughout the process. I also had communications with Audrey when it came to signing off the artwork for my order. Both people very professional and friendly. Kay Ntuli from the SA Promo Group was truly an amazing ambassador for her company!! We needed 250 T-shirts with printing on the back & front, as well as 250 peak caps with Embroidery, in the extremely short lead time of 9 days. Kay played a HUGE part in making it happen! Artworks were set up for our approval. We paid on 13 November. The Promo Group started the production on 15 November, which was Friday and the beautifully packed Tees and caps arrived by courier, as promised on 20 November!!
Thank you Kay & Team for an awesome job and for keeping to your promise to ensure we received the stock in Cape Town, from Joberg on 20 November.
