I can't stress enough the excellent service and dedicated follow ups that solved what could have been a potential disaster for our event. If you feel like there is no longer proper customer service in South Africa, think again. The Promo Group will show you what customer service is. It took only 2-3 days from day of enquiry to delivery. Anthony was the sales person and I am very happy with my order and his eagerness to assist.
