I contacted The Promo Group on Monday with an urgent order and was blown away by how helpful and accommodating they were from the very start. Nothing was too much trouble. I was never made to feel like my tight Friday deadline was unreasonable or unrealistic. The team handled everything professionally and cheerfully, the quality of the products was spot-on, and the pricing was affordable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
