I contacted The Promo Group on very short notice after disappointing and slow service from another Jo'burg based company. I am from out of country but was hosting a conference in Jo'burg for which I needed some merchandise printed. Account Manager, Lebohang, was so helpful and ensured my products (thermal mugs & pens) were organized and printed in time for my event. Given all communication was done internationally, I was very impressed with the service and so pleased with how smooth things went, and the quality of the products was fantastic!
