Dealing with Maurice and Talent I would like to share the following:
Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to place a last minute order with Maurice, forward him the actual artwork approval and to my horror change the said product. Needing to approve the artwork once again, as Maurice assisted me with a completely different promotional gift on Monday 04:53 pm (and still awaiting new artwork), I honestly didn't think that I would have my order finalized in time. Just this morning I received my confirmation that my order is ready for collection. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that the finalization is in time even if I couldn't quite believe it given the timeframe they had to manage branding these items as well. The service delivery standards and overall customer service received from Maurice and Talent are outstanding to say the very least. Well-done to the Promo Group for having such excellent employees, they are truly irreplaceable!
