I dealt with Gareth who was more than helpful in arranging multiple quotes. Any requests for change was done quickly and efficiently. He also followed up when i had forgotten to get back to him about the quote which ensured the order was processed on time and delivered within 2 days. When i got the order it was split uo by the courier company and Gareth followed up immediately once i had called him and called me back in less than 10 minutes to assure me that it would be delievered the next day. Great service all round and will happily recommend The Promo Group and especially Gareth to anyone in the future.

My order was placed late on a Friday afternoon. The delivery was received on the Tuesday. Great service, extremely efficient and a pleasure to deal with! Not to mention great product at a fantastic price.
