I had contacted numerous companies trying to get quotes for items I needed for an event and had either received no response, or it had been a lot of phone calls, follow up and pushing for information from my side. He worked with me on the small quantities that I needed and had was happy to assist through a bit of chopping and changing. The team handling the artwork and sign off were also very good, and within a week or two I had received all of the items ordered - all of them correct, and exceeding my expectations.
