Dennis from OnTheSpot was extremely professional, skilled, warm, friendly, and thorough in his cleaning of our HVAC vents. He explained every step of the way what he was doing and why. He worked very hard for about three hours – we have a lot of vents and square footage. This company is phenomenal. They send reminders re: appointments beforehand and communicate by text to keep customers updated re: their arrival time. We would happily use them again when we need this service.
