First, Nicole is amazing. She took my call and worked with me around my schedule, going out of her way to speak to other clients to try to accommodate my needs. I have never had somebody in the front office go out of her way as Nicole did. Second, the technicians Dennis and Wade were fantastic. They texted on their way and actually got to my house early; I wasn’t quite ready and they respectfully waited till I finished my meeting. They were personable, professional, expedient, and thorough.
Dennis went out of his way to explain what he was doing, how it would work, and the results.
It is not often you find a company that creates the level of trust that On The Spot Cleaners has done.
