I have a rental property that was filthy when the tenants moved out. The ducts were full of pet hair and other items. Alicia showed up on time and clearly explained what she would do. She told me how long it would take and how she would clean up at the end. I was impressed by how clean everything was and the house smelled much better! I was able to pay quickly with a CC at the end of the process. I highly recommend them!

On The Spot Cleaners went "Above and Beyond" especially my Technician, Alicia! She spent time with me to explain the process fully. Was extremely courteous, professional and polite. Additionally she offered to install my new vent covers and always wore her shoe covers whenever she entered my house. Upon completion of the job, she showed us the dust, dirt and general debris that was removes from our HVAC feeds and returns and showed us the access points where she had cut into the duct work. They are very price competitive and beat the completion for the service. I will be using them again when we need to have this done again in3-5 years! What a fabulous experience!! Dennis was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, extremely conscientious and thorough as well as kind, neat and explained the entire process to us. We had our ducts cleaned as well as our upstairs carpets cleaned. The whole house smells wonderful and we feel truly cared about. The owner of the company, Randy, was the one who scheduled our work and he was very kind, and took time explaining everything as well. He is passionate about what he does and I’ve had other companies do this job but On the Spot is by far the most conscientious and thorough caring company that I’ve hired. Nichole was lovely and communicative. They even had a cancelation so I got my service very quickly! Alicia is top tier. Professional and kind. She went above and beyond with the service, and squashing my anxiety. Highly recommended (with over 500 5 star reviews, it was an easy choice).
Also, very reasonably priced. I called around to about a half dozen places, and while these guys aren't the absolute cheapest, it seemed the best bang for your buck.
