I have a rental property that was filthy when the tenants moved out. The ducts were full of pet hair and other items. Alicia showed up on time and clearly explained what she would do. She told me how long it would take and how she would clean up at the end. I was impressed by how clean everything was and the house smelled much better! On The Spot Cleaners went "Above and Beyond" especially my Technician, Alicia! She spent time with me to explain the process fully. Was extremely courteous, professional and polite. Additionally she offered to install my new vent covers and always wore her shoe covers whenever she entered my house. Upon completion of the job, she showed us the dust, dirt and general debris that was removes from our HVAC feeds and returns and showed us the access points where she had cut into the duct work. They are very price competitive and beat the completion for the service. I will be using them again when we need to have this done again in3-5 years!
