On the Spot is Literally on the Spot. I didn't want to call them on Christmas day so I sent a facebook message. I should have known they'd be checking that too. They had an auto response but then a minute or two later a live response to my note. they came out and dried and cleaned up a nasty water spot from a burst pipe. I'll add a picture below. Sorry they aren't both on the same angle but you can see it's WAY better. Cost WAY less than I thought. Thanks Dennis and Randy and everyone else. They are always there in a pinch and for regular scheduled cleanings.

My husband and I recently purchased a new furnace. Being fairly a new homeowner, it was brought to our attention that we should have our duct work cleaned. We were given On The Spot Cleaners website from the furnace company. I called after hours and left a voicemail for a follow up phone call. Lindsey texted me within 2 minutes of leaving the voicemail asking if she could call me the next day. First, that was amazing customer service. After talking to Lindsey, we set up an appointment. Alicia showed up to our house, on time, ready to go! Alicia answered every question I had, talk to me about follow-up maintenace, and letting me know how the vents looked. She was amazing, detailed oriented, and 100% awesome! I was looking for a chimney recommendation and she was able to provide that as well.

On the Spot Cleaners is an outstanding business that not only delivers what it promises, they go way beyond that. This is a rare quality today when contracting for anything. From the prompt arrival to the cleanup, the whole experience with On the Spot Cleaners was fantastic. I had my air ducts cleaned and the team was not only very thorough, they were courteous, respectful, and just great to work with. Also, when it’s sometimes next to impossible to get to even speak to a company owner, I had personal and undivided attention from the owner of this company.

The stained carpets in our newly purchased home now look brand new thanks to Dennis at On The Spot Cleaners. I sent an email through their website during the weekend to inquire about scheduling an appointment. I recieved not only a call back the next business day, but an email from an actual human shortly after sending the initial email assuring me my message was recieved and I would get a call during business hours.
We scheduled carpet cleaning for Friday 10/21, but OTSC reached out due to a cancelation and got it done today 10/13! Now we can move in even sooner and enjoy our fresh start on incredibly clean floors. Thank you so much.

Amazing business, service and customer support. I needed to get my airducts cleaned immediately as I got asthma from cat dander in new apartment I moved in. The customer support team is amazing, quick responses (many other businesses I called for a quote in Rochester area didn’t even bother to get back to me). On the spot were heavily booked when I needed urgent cleaning and they managed to make an early appointment due to cancellation. The mechanic showed up right on time for appointment, was very respectful and got the air ducts cleaned in time. The whole process was extremely smooth and I was prepared for the cleaning. Definitely would recommend this place if you looking to get your air ducts clean.

Just had an excellent experience with this company from the initial phone call to the end of the service. Denis was very professional and easy to talk with. He even called to say he could come early if it was ok (service companies never come early it feels like usually late). He was even patient with little kids I had in my home even though I tried to keep them out of the way. The before pictures he showed me made me wish we had done this sooner. We will be reccomending this company to friends and family going forward.

We have had carpets cleaned and dryer vent cleaned by On the Spot and we are very happy with the service. It was easy to schedule and they came on time, with a very nice call beforehand to let us know they would be arriving in 15 minutes. After they cleaned my berber rug in the basement, we woke up the next morning to find rolls and lumps in the carpet. I panicked! I texted Mr. Spurling and he called me back immediately. He assured me that it was only temporary, and he was correct. We were left with clean, fresh smelling carpets that looked great. Will definitely call them the next time we need service.
