It’s very stressful buying a vehicle, I’ve only done it once before, and felt completely alone in the process, as i wasn’t really told much and was talked down to when I asked questions. To say I was apprehensive when I walked through the doors is an understatement. And then I met Melissa. This woman’s incredible spirit alone was infectious, but what was even better was her commitment to making sure I knew everything that was happening as it was happening. Not only was I able to ask questions, I was given a card and told to call her for anything I needed that had to do with the car.
